Install_template needs quotes

To make it work you have to put {$HOME} among quotes, like this "{$HOME}" in template_install.sh

Ok this was easy, but even after that the plugin seems to fail. Creating an empty openFrameworks project leads to this error:

So it seems like I'm going no further. Any help would be appreciated
