FaceSubstitution - No member named 'glInternalFormat in ofTextureData'

I'm trying to implement the FaceSubstitution example of https://github.com/arturoc/FaceSubstitution, and am getting a few errors. I believe it has something to do with some version that I'm using of one of the OpenFrameworks packages, but I'm not sure.

All errors are within this file: addons/ofxCv/libs/ofxCv/src/Helpers.cpp

Errors:
-No member named 'glInternalFormat' in 'ofTextureData'
-Use of undeclared identifier 'ofDrawRectangle'

Using:
-OpenFrameworks v.0.8.4 OSX Release
-Develop branch of ofxCv addon
-Latest master branch from FaceSubstitution example

Any help is greatly appreciated.
